Alaska, Canada & USA Road Trip

I am currently: In Grand Canyon, Arizona - 5 November 2009

This is the blog of my motorcycle trip to Alaska and Canada... follow me as I scamper about this interesting and wild part of the world!

I flew out to Calgary on 9 July to go to the Calgary Stampede and then flew up to Anchorage, Alaska on 12 July. My BMW f650 GS motorcycle arrived on 17 July and I am on my way!

My bike is called The Red Baron - as it is German and red and good in combat situations!! (Interesting fact: the original Red Baron's last word was "Kaputt"!)
